Big salmon fan here. I get a little bored though with the typical butter and lemon recipe. It is a great classic, but a change was needed. I actually prefer lime flavor over lemon, and with the warm weather, a refreshing lime– with a kick– type of dish sounded pretty tasty. I broke out the spices and started experimenting.
This was so flavorful and delicious. It certainly has a spicy kick to it too. The Avocado Lime Ranch sauce gave enough tang and cool to balance out any heat though.
